Car Wash:

Head out into the community and wash some cars.  Some stores, such as Wal Mart, will match your gains if you file paperwork far enough in advance.

Jail-A-Thon

Put people in jail at your college as part of a larger activity!  Allow anyone to purchase warrants for a dollar - arrest the delinquent at a convenient time (I.E. not in the middle of class) and then hold an auction to bail the prisoner out.

Flower Sale

Sell flowers at Graduation or other events.  Make sure you order them far enough in advance for the flower shop to have them in stock.

Dance

Host a casual dance at your college - include Karaoke and drinks to entice the patrons, and invite a radio station for PR.
